Video Visit
During a Video Visit, you will be connected with a URPG health care provider via video to complete a face-to-face assessment. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers in real time.
E-Visit
An E-Visit is conducted completely online by filling out an interactive assessment. The assessment, as well as any other comments or images you want to include will be sent to a licensed provider. The provider will review your information and send back to you a visit summary including a diagnosis, treatment plan, and if appropriate, prescription orders.
Drive-up Testing
If your condition requires testing, Drive-up Testing minimizes exposure and allows URPG health care providers to collect samples needed to test for some conditions including strep, influenza, and COVID-19 (in coordination with state and local authorities).
Designated parking spots are marked at the Barnett Road Medical Building.
Prescriptions
If you’ll need medications, prescriptions, if appropriate, can be electronically sent to the pharmacy you choose, helping you get on the road to feeling better soon.
Cost
The cost of your MyChart virtual visit will depend on the service and provider but costs range from $0 – $40. Patient co-pays are collected after the completed visit. If there is an additional balance, it will be billed to your account.
